Calgary Beach
is the most well known of all the beaches on Mull. Its white sand and sheltered bay make it an ideal place for a swim, or just a walk. Camping is allowed for tents and small vehicles at the southern end of the bay, although not encouraged anywhere else.
Toilet are also close to the camping area and have recently been renovated by local people. Please keep them clean and respect them if you use them
The toilets are not able to take toilet waste from mobile homes etc, only the official campsites have that facility.
There is a really good walk from Calgary, some geological points of interest and an abandoned village called Inevea Map
During the summer, there is a small ice-cream stall run by a local family and the cafe is just up the hill at Calgary Farmhouse.
