Medical information

Mull has its own small hospital at Java, just outside craignure.   map.  It can handle minor, out of hours, medical problems.  However, normally, it is better to first of all attend one of the surgeries.   In emergency ring 111

Tobermory Surgery and dentists

are to be found on a housing estate at the top of  Tobermory called Rockfield.   Map
The doctors surgery Tel: 01680 342000. Surgery Hours Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm.

Bunessan Surgery:

is located to the north of the village and three hundered metres along the Ardtun road.  It has its own website, however, their map needs attention.  Click here for a map  Tel: 01681 700261

Police:

Mull has four police stations situated at Tobermory, Salen, Craignure and Bunessan,

However, it is worth noting that these stations are not often manned and it is better to phone 101 for non emergencies.  This call is normally routed through Oban, where it is routed through to the officer/s on duty.

Fire:

The fire stations are located at Tobermory,  Craignure and Bunessan.  Click on links to bring up a map. Although this is where the appliances are located, the fire crews are all volunteers.  Use 0300 123 9299 or in an emergency 112
