St. Hilda Sea Adventures provides a cruising and wildlife holiday on the beautiful west coast of Scotland in the Inner and Outer Hebrides.
Each cruise is a unique holiday experience. On board the St Hilda, a traditional, wooden 54ft ketch going to sea with only six guests, but with your own onboard skipper and cook.
St Hilda anchors in the most sheltered, idyllic places. Passengers can visit distilleries, world famous islands such as St Kilda, Isle of Skye, Mull, Jura, Islay, Staffa and Iona, watch the wildlife, go fishing or swim in the sea lochs.
Dolphins, porpoises, basking sharks, otters, and many species of birds are regularly seen and even the occasional Minke whale. Each day is as action packed or as relaxing as you please. Bed and Breakfast is also available aboard the St Hilda when she is at anchor in the tranquil waters of Tobermory bay, Isle of Mull.
A cruising holiday on board the St Hilda is fun and informal. The roomy deck saloon is where everyone dines and socialises. The outdoor decks are perfect for spotting wildlife and relaxing and eating al fresco when the boat is at anchor. Youngsters and adults love having a shot at hauling up the sails, setting the jib, main and mizzen and raising the anchor. There is plenty of room on deck to carry canoes, windsurfers or cycles if you wish to bring your own. The boat tender can also take you ashore or to explore shallow waters and responsibly approach the wildlife.
