Ninth Wave Restaurant

Ninth Wave Restaurant showcases modern British cuisine with an ecclectic mix of vibrant ethnicity: a celebration of quality produce gathered from the magnificent provender of Scotland.

Their approach is based on seasonality, using the croft’s own home-grown produce, fresh-caught seafood and organic meats from the island. Their ethos is one where sustainability meets luxury.

Husband and wife team John and Carla Lamont invite you to explore the menu, which changes daily to allow us to serve fresh local ingredients sourced from local fishermen’s catches, and crofter’s bounty. Lobster, crab and langoustine, hand-dived scallops and fish are often caught only hours before appearing on your dinner plate.
